Takeshi, he’s an owner of TK Home had been pleased to work with. Tak handled our kitchen and master bath renovation from start to finish, walking us through the major as well as the detail decisions -- offering advice on what would and would not work well for our layout. His attention to detail was apparent throughout the build, and is easily seen within the finished product. Communication throughout the projects was excellent, we always knew how far along the build was, and any issues discovered were brought up quickly so that we could address them before they turned into serious problems.

大変細かいところへの配慮や丁寧なお仕事、見事な職人気質をもったオーナーさんだと思います。
工事期間中も、疑問や要望などすぐに対応してもらえて、コミュニケーションがとてもスムーズでした。そして何よりも、最初の見積もり通りの工期で終了したのが素晴らしいと思います。
工事が始まる前には他のスペースにほこりなどが入っていかないよう、又、工事関係の方が土足で入られる動線には敷物をしてくださり、きっちり準備をしてもらえました。もちろん工事が終了した時には、撤収もお掃除も完璧で、きれいに工事前の状態に戻っていました。家屋に敬意をもって大切に扱ってもらえた印象です。
以前ホームオフィスの改装もお願いして今回は2回目です。
依頼される方が多いのだと思いますが、工事開始の順番を待たないといけなかったのが唯一の難でしたが、待つ価値ありです。

TK Home did a great job fixing all the warped doors, broken knobs, cabinet doors, and other little things around our house that have needed fixing for years. He sourced some door knobs for us to match our home's style, and fixed everything in a very professional manner, with great attention to detail. We now need to get used to those doors that open and close so smoothly. We find ourselves pulling on them with way more force than they now need! 🙂 Thanks, TK Home!

Almost just before lockdown, Kaneo-san entirely renovated our bathroom, including a floating sink/counter with automatic lighting, new Japanese style toilet and an amazing shower. When relatives visited, they literally felt like it was a "spa experience." The level of craftsmanship that Mr. Kaneo brings is really unparalleled. Trust me. I know. My father did the same line of work and I helped him many summers, watching and trying but mostly failing to learn. Mr. Kaneo's friendliness, incredible attention to detail, reliability, timeliness and cleanliness is next level. These were all things I helped my father with but Mr. Kaneo truly epitomizes the title of "shokunin-san" that the Japanese use to denote a master craftsman. We mistakenly hired someone else much later, to redo our deck and NONE of the traits I mentioned hit anywhere close and the difference really struck home. I would hands down, recommend Mr. Kaneo and would most definitely ask him again to do any kind of construction project. Best experience ever.

I highly recommend TK HOME Design and Build for creative, high-quality home renovations. Kaneo-san is a one-man machine. He collaborated with us on completely redoing a master bathroom and a neighboring closet, along with the bath/shower of a guest bathroom. He had terrific ideas, was open to our suggestions, and did a brilliant job while providing constant communication. He wanted us to be 100% satisfied, and we were. An easy five stars.

We can’t say enough good things about TK. From the first phone call he was responsive, kind and so professional. About 7yrs ago, our house got 70% water damage. I was so disappointed with the insurance company and other stuff so I was planning to fix the house by myself. When TK showed up, he just said to me "no worry, this is the bottom of hell. we will just climb together". The house became a pretty much high end - we love it!! What he told me was right. what a great guy to work with.
7年前、水の事故にあった我が家は70％が被害に遭いました。保険屋も何もしてくれず正直、誰か火をつけてこの家を燃やしてくれと思うほどでした。自分で片付けれるところまでやり、家は骨組みの状態。もう本当にどうでもなれという思いでした。しかしそこに現るはTK。「酷かったんですね。。でも大丈夫、ここからは僕がしっかり作り直しますので。。。」 誰も信じていなかった私。でも彼は淡々と作業をこなし、最高の家を再建してくれました。すげえ大工なんですよ、彼は！！
